CSA’s, or Community Supported Agriculture, is a great way to support your local farmers and get the best of the season straight from our fields!  Our CSA program is quite different from other farms and is a more non-traditional kind of Farmshare... a “choose-your-own-adventure” CSA that allows you to choose how much and exactly what you want throughout our growing season, and with no obligation to participate each week.   We grow year-round in our high tunnels, offering delicious nutrient-dense produce from early spring through December.

How does it work?

We send out a weekly list of what is available at the beginning of each week during the growing season (April through December), and you order exactly what you like.  There is no obligation to participate each week... If you go away on vacation, you don't have to worry about it- you simply just don't place an order!  Pickup is here at the farm, with drive-through curbside service on Thursdays from 3-6pm.  We also provide product information, cooking tips, and recipes to help you get the most from our growing season!  Our Farmshare runs from April through December- giving you weekly access to our fresh veggies even when Farmer's Markets aren't open!

Payment:

We are flexible in that we offer a more traditional payment structure in purchasing a Farmhare of either $50-$100-$150-$200 (your choice depending on how much produce you are interested in) ... OR you can pay as you go with each order and pickup.  We have no preferences in how you pay, but the Farmshare is definitely designed for folks who frequent us often and also helps make pickup on Thursdays run a bit smoother without having to collect payment for each order.   For those who go the Farmshare route, you basically pay in advance into your Farmshare “account” which is then applied to your orders and tracked for you each time you visit us.  Your Farmshare accounts can be used at our weekly pickups here at the farm OR to purchase items from us at the Putnam Saturday Farmers Market.   Farmshare accounts can be refilled throughout the growing season for those who visit us frequently, but must be used up in the current 2025 season.  Luckily we grow and sell through December so that is never a problem!   If you are joining us for the first time, we recommend starting out paying as you go each time, as you can always purchase a Farmshare account at any point during the main growing season if you find that is more convenient for you.

We accept cash, check, and Venmo.  Cash is always preferred as it helps to keep our costs down (electronic payment fees keep getting more expensive!).
